All of our jewelry is constructed using the highest quality materials and is inspected to ensure that the item is free from manufacturing defects. We will repair your jewelry for as long as you own your jewelry. Loose stones lost stones will be repaired at no charge as long as our jewelers see that these occurred under normal wear.
If the ring needs repair and was subject to wear not deemed normal a representative will contact you and discuss the needed repairs.
In the event that a repair is needed beyond the lifetime warranty:
- Over time, your ring may need common upkeep or repairs.
- For example: Prongs wear down and may require them to be “retipped.” Prongs may bend allowing the diamond to become loose or fall out. A Sofia Lior representative will discuss the needed repairs to keep your jewelry secure and safe to wear.
